Al Quaye is the founder and director of the American Quality Group, which is a collection of several political based companies marketing their products to Republican campaigns.
He has a proven history of leading high-growth companies to success in the marketplace, including his political work in Washington DC.
Since 1997 he has been an investor and worked as a senior sales and marketing executive with several fast-growing startup technology companies. Starting in 2009 his focus has been with technology companies that service political campaigns. As the Director of Strategic Partners for Victory Solutions, he recruited, trained and managed a network of dozens of Republican political consultants from around the country and helped them service political technology to Republican campaigns. This technology was used in thousands of campaigns throughout the country.
Prior to his work in the private sector, he served as a US Army Captain where he lead the construction of a successful barrier to illegal immigration and drug interdiction along the U.S./Mexican border, planned the Army’s largest troop movement up to that time on the east coast since 1953, and was the port Engineer in Port -au- Prince Haiti during Operation Uphold Democracy in 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Al has served on the boards of RuleStream Software, The John Carroll Society, Campaign Now and Station Square Condo in Arlington VA. In addition, Al coached the Georgetown University Club Boxing Team in Washington DC from 2007-2015.
He now resides in Moon Twp., PA with his wife Jeaneen, son Michael, and daughter Rachel.
